Joint Degree Program: Counseling & Community Psychology (B.S.) & Educational Diagnostics (M.A.)

The degree is the perfect foundation for students seeking graduate preparation in school psychology by way of the master’s with specialization in educational diagnostics. Undergraduate students would complete 12 graduate credits that will count toward the Master’s degree as part of their undergraduate degree.

Curriculum

Six (6) credits of electives in CCP

Summer

  1. CEP 612 Human Development
  2. CEP 515 Learning Theory (even years) or SPED 619 School Interventions and Organization (odd year)

Six (6) credits as a Senior Petitioner

Fall

  1. CEP 607 Curriculum-based Assessment and Intervention

Spring

  1. CEP 608 Diagnostic Classification & Intervention in School Psychology
