The program provides some form of graduate assistantships to all students. First year graduate assistants typically assist faculty with undergraduate courses, 2nd year students may teach a course independently, and 3rd year students have opportunities for administrative and supervisory assignments in the departmental training center. Award of a graduate assistantship makes the student eligible for in-state tuition.
