  Research Interests:

Her research interests include critical consciousness, multicultural issues in vocational psychology, career development of marginalized populations, and intervention studies. Some of the ongoing research projects include critical consciousness and well-being, meaning in study, Black and Asian students’ experiences at Hispanic Serving Institutions, and an intervention study with working mothers
